The following terms, rules, and legal responsibilities are included in the User Agreement and it is recommended to read them before using berfugkiran.com. By using the site and filling out the forms containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages. 1. Use and Security Rules berfugkiran.com is open to all members. The services provided on the site are free unless otherwise stated. The site administration may block the use of the site by a user and reserve legal rights against persons involved in the following actions: 1.a. Recording incorrect, irregular, incomplete, or misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral rules, and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site. 1.b. Unauthorized copying of part or all of the site content. 1.c. The user is directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of their username, password, or other information with third parties (such as unauthorized use of these details by others). Similarly, the user may not use personal information belonging to others, such as IP addresses, email addresses, or usernames, or access or use other users' private information without permission. The user accepts all legal and criminal liability arising from such actions. 1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site, interferes with the operation of the site and its software, attempts to obtain, delete, or modify information without authorization. 2. Content Usage 3. Responsibilities 3.a. Information about the users visiting berfugkiran.com (such as visit duration, time, and viewed pages) is tracked in order to provide better service. This information may be shared with cooperating companies for purposes such as advertising, subject to privacy conditions, to expand and improve the content of the site. The aim is to improve the user experience and develop berfugkiran.com. 3.b. The user may start using berfugkiran.com after filling out the necessary sections for registration and confirming their email address, provided they comply with the terms stated in this agreement. 3.c. The user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Copyrights, Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, related decrees, the Law of Obligations, and other relevant legal regulations while using berfugkiran.com and its services. Any legal, criminal, and financial responsibility arising from non-compliance with these regulations and announcements will lie with the user. 3.d. If the user is found to be in violation of any obligations in this agreement or general rules announced on berfugkiran.com, their access to the site may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and their account may be closed. 3.e. The user may not take actions that prevent or hinder other users from using berfugkiran.com, load automatic programs on servers or databases, or attempt to lock or force them. Fraudulent activities are prohibited. If detected, the user’s membership will be terminated, and they accept all legal and criminal liabilities arising from such actions. 3.g. The user may not remove or alter any Copyright, Trademark, or notes related to the Law on Copyrights and other intellectual property laws from any materials copied or printed from berfugkiran.com. 3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through berfugkiran.com. The user who terminates their membership will lose access to the site. The user acknowledges that this process is irreversible. 3.j. The relationships between site users or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals involved. 3.m. Specific rules and obligations may be stated in certain sections of the site. Those using these sections accept these rules in advance. 3.n. To learn about the measures taken to protect users' personal information and privacy, please read the "Privacy Policy" section. 3.o. The user agrees and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, phone number, etc.) they provide for purchases is correct and that they are responsible for any legal and criminal liability arising from the use of such information. 7. Notification Addresses 7.a. The site does not require users to provide postal addresses in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to berfugkiran.com will be considered the legal address for any notifications related to this agreement. 7.b. Both parties accept that any requests made to the old email addresses will be considered valid unless changes are notified in writing within 3 (three) days. 7.c. Any notifications made by berfugkiran.com to the registered email address of the user will be deemed to have been received by the user one (1) day after the email is sent. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms in this participation agreement, and that the information they provided regarding themselves is accurate.
